Register for SIP4a and SIP5a

SIP4a and SIP5a: complete the appropriate form electronically and email it within the registration window from your MedUni Vienna student account to the Studienabteilung (nostrification exam registration). Specify the required exam parts.

Incomplete registrations and registrations received outside the window are not considered. Use only the form for the relevant SIP.

All exam parts required by your decision must be taken at the same sitting. Complete the SIP4a form electronically and name it using Matrikelnummer_NACHNAME_Vorname_SIP4a.pdf.

Do not rely on an automatic registration confirmation. Whether one is sent is currently unconfirmed: the linked information-sheet download is unavailable. Check your registration in Med.Campus and clarify discrepancies with the Studienabteilung.

Withdraw from the overall exam yourself through Med.Campus at least 3 full working days before it. After that deadline, short-notice illness requires a medical certificate sent to the Studienabteilung.

An unexcused no-show leads to a three-month suspension. Periods without teaching pause the suspension, effectively extending it.

The calendar lists MC or KAF for the next November sittings. The announcement specifies the format, venue and time; the SIP form says it is published at least 3 weeks before the exam.

For SIP4a and SIP5a on 10 March 2027, the calendar shows conflicting registration years. The window is not yet confirmed. Ask the Studienabteilung before relying on it.
