Prepare the completed, signed application with a delivery address. Include residence registration or an authorised delivery agent in Austria, and evidence of any name change.

Bring your original passport and a CV covering your education and any professional work.

Provide your degree diploma, curriculum, course content and exam records. Evidence should cover hours, theory and practice, course types and ECTS.

If scientific work is to be considered, submit the complete original and an authorised German or English translation at filing. Evidence may include a Diploma Supplement, university confirmation or repository link.

You need the Austrian Medical Chamber confirmation that nostrification is necessary, no older than one year when presented. Include C1 proof and confirmation of payment of the application fee.

Submit originals or court- or notary-certified copies, plus additional copies. Email scans are insufficient. Follow the required apostille or diplomatic legalisation rules, then obtain any required translations from court-sworn translators in Austria.
