The answer
SIP4a and SIP5a dates and registration windows are in the MedUni Vienna Prüfungskalender. The exam announcement (Prüfungsausschreibung) with place, time and your candidate number appears at least 3 weeks before the exam and is visible only after logging in. Rezeptierkunde and Gerichtsmedizin have their own per-semester PDF on the page Nostrifizierung: Prüfungen. The Stichprobentest dates are in MedUni Vienna's Merkblatt Nostrifizierung Humanmedizin and in a PDF from the Medical University of Innsbruck.
SIP4a and SIP5a: calendar and announcement
The MedUni Vienna Prüfungskalender lists SIP exam dates only, with their registration windows. The university publishes it before each semester starts, for the coming semester.
The announcement is on the Prüfungsausschreibungen page and is visible only after logging in with your university credentials. It gives the place and time of the exam and your candidate number and appears at least 3 weeks before each overall exam. A separate PDF on the same page describes the exam room addresses and entrances.
Rezeptierkunde and Gerichtsmedizin
These two exams are not in the SIP calendar. Exam weeks and registration windows are in a separate PDF per semester on the page Nostrifizierung: Prüfungen.
The exam details are in the candidate announcement on the page Ausgeschriebene Prüfungen. That page also shows announcements only after logging in; they give place and time.
Stichprobentest
For the Stichprobentest, MedUni Vienna's Merkblatt says that the exact date is communicated to the applicants concerned; the invitation is sent by email to the address on the application form.
The year's dates are listed in MedUni Vienna's Merkblatt Nostrifizierung Humanmedizin. The Medical University of Innsbruck publishes the same dates in its own PDF, with registration deadlines.

Why can't I see the exam announcement?
MedUni Vienna announcements are visible only after logging in with your university credentials: for the SIP on the Prüfungsausschreibungen page, for Rezeptierkunde and Gerichtsmedizin on the Ausgeschriebene Prüfungen page.
When does the SIP announcement appear?
At least 3 weeks before each overall exam. It gives the place and time of the exam and your candidate number.
Is the Stichprobentest in the SIP exam calendar?
No. The MedUni Vienna Prüfungskalender lists SIP dates only. The Stichprobentest dates are in MedUni Vienna's Merkblatt Nostrifizierung Humanmedizin and in the Medical University of Innsbruck's dates PDF; MedUni Vienna sends the invitation by email.
When does the calendar for the next semester come out?
MedUni Vienna publishes the SIP dates in good time before each semester starts, for the coming semester. If no further sitting is published yet, the overview above says so.
