The answer
Two official documents list the same Stichprobentest sittings with different deadlines: MedUni Vienna's Merkblatt Nostrifizierung Humanmedizin with an Einreichungsfrist (submission deadline) per sitting, and the Medical University of Innsbruck's dates PDF with an Anmeldefrist (registration deadline) per sitting. The two deadlines are different items and do not always fall on the same day; neither source explains how they relate. According to Innsbruck, you register at the university where you filed your nostrification application. Confirm there which deadline applies to you.
