The answer
For SIP4a and SIP5a, send the form, filled in electronically, within the registration window from your MedUni Vienna student account; incomplete or late registrations are not considered. You register for Rezeptierkunde and Gerichtsmedizin separately, each with its own form: Rezeptierkunde to nostrifikationspruefungsanmeldungen@meduniwien.ac.at, Gerichtsmedizin to studref-gerichtsmedizin@meduniwien.ac.at. Registration closes on a Tuesday at 12:00 (date above). For the Stichprobentest, according to the Medical University of Innsbruck, you register at the university where you filed your nostrification application.
SIP4a and SIP5a: registering, withdrawing, not attending
Registration is tied to the registration window shown in the overview above. Late registration is not possible, whatever the reason, and incomplete registrations are not considered.
You must withdraw yourself in Med.Campus no later than three full working days before the exam, however you registered. Later withdrawal is possible only for exceptional reasons such as illness; the medical certificate must arrive by email no later than 2 weeks after the exam. An unexcused absence leads to a three-month block from that exam, extended by periods without teaching.
- Fill in the SIP4a or SIP5a registration form electronically, not on paper. It asks for your matriculation number, first and last name, your MUW students email address, the exam parts and the exam date.
- Save it as Matrikelnummer_NACHNAME_Vorname_SIP4a.pdf, or with _SIP5a.pdf for the SIP5a.
- Email it as an attachment within the registration window to nostrifikationspruefungsanmeldungen@meduniwien.ac.at and state the exam parts you must take.
- Write from your MedUni Vienna student account; only then is the registration answered.
- All exam parts prescribed to you must be taken at the same sitting. You cannot be registered for two sittings of the same exam at once.
Rezeptierkunde and Gerichtsmedizin
Each exam has its own form and its own email address; the form may be sent as a scan or photo. Registrations outside the window are not considered.
- Fill in the form: matriculation number, name, exam week and attempt (1 to 3, or 4 or 5 before a board).
- Rezeptierkunde: send the form from your student email account to nostrifikationspruefungsanmeldungen@meduniwien.ac.at.
- Gerichtsmedizin: send its own form from your student email account to studref-gerichtsmedizin@meduniwien.ac.at.
- Registration closes on Tuesday at 12:00. Only emails from your MUW account are accepted.
- According to the MedUni Vienna semester PDF, you can withdraw no later than 3 working days before the exam, in case of illness up to the exam day. Without withdrawal the statutory block period applies.
Stichprobentest
According to the Medical University of Innsbruck, you register within the deadline at the university where you filed your nostrification application. MedUni Vienna's Merkblatt says applicants concerned are informed and invited; it names no separate registration form.
The Merkblatt requires taking the test, in principle, at the next possible sitting after applying. Check your email regularly, including the spam folder.
What the sources leave open
Not officially confirmed
Whether nostrification applicants who register by email get an automatic confirmation is not confirmed; the calendar describes only the Med.Campus confirmation email. Check promptly after registering that it worked.
For Rezeptierkunde the withdrawal route is not clear: the semester calendar for Rezeptierkunde and Gerichtsmedizin names an email to nostrifikationspruefungsanmeldungen@meduniwien.ac.at, a Rezeptierkunde announcement names Med.Campus.
MedUni Vienna's Merkblatt gives a submission deadline (Einreichungsfrist) for each Stichprobentest sitting but does not say explicitly what must be submitted by then.

No. For the SIP, late registration is not possible, whatever the reason. For Rezeptierkunde and Gerichtsmedizin, registrations outside the window are not considered.
Which address must I send the registration from?
