Dates from the official sources, Vienna time. The university's own information always decides.
In short
The MedUni Vienna Merkblatt says you must take exams in Rezeptierkunde (pharmacology) and forensic medicine (Gerichtliche Medizin) in every case, because of country-specific differences and whatever your Stichprobentest result. The Medical University of Innsbruck prescribes both in any case too. In Vienna each of the two exams has its own registration form and e-mail address, and the exam weeks are in the semester calendar.
Why these two exams
The Merkblatt explains the rule with country-specific differences and legal requirements: whatever your Stichprobentest result, the supplementary exam in Rezeptierkunde and forensic medicine is always prescribed. Further exams are added depending on the outcome of the investigation procedure.
Rezeptierkunde in Vienna
The MedUni Vienna candidate announcement (Kandidatenausschreibung) that MedPrüf last checked describes a written exam: 30 multiple-choice questions in one-best-answer format with five options each, one point per correct answer and no points taken off for wrong ones. It lasts one hour: 45 minutes for the questions and 15 minutes to transfer your answers to the answer sheet.
These details belong to the sitting of that announcement. Check the announcement for your own sitting before you rely on them.
Gerichtsmedizin (forensic medicine) in Vienna
Not officially confirmed
For forensic medicine, the public Vienna documents MedPrüf checked describe only how to register, not the format, the number of questions or the length. Accounts from other candidates are not official confirmation. What MedUni Vienna states for your sitting is what counts.
Innsbruck does it differently
At the Medical University of Innsbruck, Rezeptierkunde means writing three prescriptions, which are then graded and which you explain orally. They are based on a script the examiner sends you, and you agree the date with the examiner. According to Innsbruck's information sheet, forensic medicine there has 14 questions and is held electronically. These Innsbruck rules do not automatically apply in Vienna.

Do I still need Rezeptierkunde and forensic medicine after a good Stichprobentest?
Yes. The MedUni Vienna Merkblatt prescribes both whatever your Stichprobentest result.
How many questions does the Rezeptierkunde exam in Vienna have?
The announcement MedPrüf last checked gives 30 one-best-answer questions in one hour. Check the announcement for your sitting.
Is the forensic medicine exam in Vienna oral?
The public Vienna documents MedPrüf checked do not say. They describe only the registration. What MedUni Vienna states for your sitting is what counts.
Until when can I withdraw?
According to the semester calendar, up to three working days before the exam, or up to the exam day if you are ill; the Rezeptierkunde announcement asks for a medical certificate in that case. Otherwise the statutory block period (Sperrfrist) applies. The official texts name different routes, by e-mail or in Med.Campus, so follow the announcement for your sitting.
Is Rezeptierkunde a pharmacology exam?
Yes. The Merkblatt lists the subject area as Rezeptierkunde (pharmacology). In Vienna it is examined with multiple-choice questions, in Innsbruck by writing prescriptions that you then explain orally.
